All products produced by AdvantEdge use only the highest quality materials. Abrasion strips are available trimmed and finished to customer specification or can also be left unfinished or raw for finishing at a later time. All abrasion strips are available primed if desired by the customer. Priming will be provided by a reputable and certified outside source. AdvantEdge produces parts that are free from defect and can be tested through a non destructive process. This process is a liquid penetration test performed by an outside source that is ASTM certified. Test sheets are also produced during the electroforming process enabling AdvantEdge to do in-house ductility and hardness testing. The test sheets are then sent to a certified lab for further testing and reporting.
